The hotel had a few drawbacks with the rooms being a little old and tired, but they were quiet and equipped with essential amenities like a kettle, fridge, air-conditioner/heater, and TV. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff who even provided secure storage for our belongings. The location, especially for those catching the ferry, was convenient being very close to the Spirit of Tasmania. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise in terms of value, although the quality was somewhat lacking. Overall, the hotel offered a mix of positive and negative aspects for our stay.
The hotel provided a cozy and comfortable stay with friendly service, making up for any shortcomings. The location was very handy for our needs, especially for those traveling to Tasmania via Spirit of Tasmania. Dining options were pleasing but a bit pricey. Overall, a good value for money stay.
