The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff who even provided secure storage for our belongings. The location, especially for those catching the ferry, was convenient being very close to the Spirit of Tasmania. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise in terms of value, although the quality was somewhat lacking. Overall, the hotel offered a mix of positive and negative aspects for our stay.
